Noh Si-hwan (Hanwha Eagles), who is leading the home run race, fired up the cannon three times in one game.
Noh hit three home runs in a game for the first time in his career when he batted third in the lineup against KT Wiz in the 2023 Shinhan Bank Solar KBO League at KT Wiz Park in Suwon on Sept. 9.
From the very first at-bat, he was on fire.
With the score tied at 0-0 and two outs in the first inning, Noh stepped up to the plate and faced KT starter Uhm Sang-baek.
After watching all three pitches, Noh lined a four-pitch changeup over the left-center field fence on a 1-2 pitch count. It was his 24th home run of the season, which came in just two games after he hit one against the KIA Tigers on June 6.
Noh followed with a pitch that Chae Eun-sung also sent over the fence to complete Hanwha’s first back-to-back home runs this season. Chae Eun-sung took advantage of Uhm Sang-baek’s first pitch and smashed a solo shot over the center field fence for her 13th home run of the season 스포츠토토.

With his team leading 2-1 in the third inning, Noh came to the plate with runners on first and second and took a three-pitch fastball from Uhm Sang-baek for a three-run shot to left-center field. It was the fifth home run of his career.
Noh’s bat was sharp again in the eighth inning, when his team was down 5-12.
Leading off, Noh took a five-pitch slider from KT reliever Kim Young-hyun for a solo shot to center field.
It was the first time Noh has hit three home runs in a game since turning pro in 2019. He has hit two home runs in a game seven times.
With his 24th, 25th, and 26th home runs in a row, Noh maintained his home run lead.
He is now five behind SSG Landers’ Choi Jung, who is second in the category. Choi also hit his 21st home run of the season against the NC Dinos, but the gap widened as Noh sent three balls over the fence.
Noh was also named the KBO League’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the month of July. He hit six arches in 15 games in July.
The home run race continues in August with Noh leading the way. He has hit five home runs in his last five games so far.
