Tottenham’s goal-scoring star, Eden Hazard, 26, had his worst game of the season.
Tottenham won 2-0 away at Bournemouth in the third round of the 2023-2024 English Premier League (EPL) season at the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth, England, on Saturday at 8:30 p.m. ET. Unbeaten in three games with two wins and a draw after the opening day.
After drawing 2-2 with Brentford in the first leg, Tottenham defeated Manchester United 2-0 in the second leg, and they did the same against Bournemouth today.
Despite the victory, Tottenham’s individual performance left a lot to be desired.
He joined Tottenham in a £60 million transfer ahead of last season. However, he did not live up to expectations. He scored just one goal in 27 EPL games in the 2022-2023 season. As a striker, he hasn’t done his job at all. This season, only three games have been played, and he’s still scoreless. 바카라

Worse, his performances are getting worse. Against Bournemouth, he made one mistake after another.
In the 35th minute, with his team leading 1-0, he made a move that took everyone by surprise. On a counterattack, he took one defender with him and ran at the door. He lost his center of gravity for a moment, but managed to beat the defender and found himself one-on-one with the keeper, only to lose his footing and lose possession of the ball right in front of the keeper. He hesitated and missed the timing of his shot. He couldn’t even get his head on the ball from a free-kick opportunity in the 40th minute.
It didn’t end there.
Eight minutes into the second half, on a counterattack, Hichalisson failed to get a soft touch on the ball when it was passed to him in midfield. He tried to catch the ball with the bottom of his soccer shoe and slipped. In a fit of frustration, he stuck his foot out at opposing defender Jabari, who was heading into the Tottenham box with the ball he had missed. He was cautioned for nothing.
His questionable moves continued. In the 10th minute of the second half, he missed a basic pass from Maddison in the box. He was taken off in the 14th minute of the second half.
Criticism followed. “He received an unnecessary caution,” wrote the British publication Football London, “and had a disappointing performance, losing the ball.”
